There are many organisations which provide Pre-Hospital Care around the world and are responsible for supporting and educating medical and emergency service personnel. This site hopes to promote their excellent work through listing their courses and linking to their websites. We also recognises that there are many countries where Pre-Hospital Care is a new and as yet unestablished area of medicine. This website therefore hopes to promote Pre-Hospital Care Medicine internationally and become a resource for personnel interested in this subject.

Dr. Nic Sparrow is the founder of Pre-Hospital Care World. He is currently working as a rural family physician in Canada and works regular shifts in the local emergency department . He  responds as a community response physician alongside the emergency services.
